He is very professional and polite. His work is excellent. We needed immediate help on a Saturday afternoon with a serious electrical problem. After calling two other companies without success I got in touch with Gordon. Without hesitation or equivication he immediately visited the property and remedied the problem. His fee was very reasonable (certainly not any after-hours charges) and because I was out of my office , and he was kind enough(although having never met me) to set up direct billing. We were in a serious spot and Gordon took care of my situation. Now Brooker Electric is at the top of our electricians 'list'. To my suprise I found a true professional when Gordon Brooker answered the phone at 6:41 p.m.I explained my situation and he said he could come out the same night if I needed him to.He walked me through the steps I needed to take to take care of my situation over the phone, with all the patience in the world.I can tell you that he saved me not only about $250.00, but I was able to return a new oven we purchased from Sears for $1308.38. Our not so old oven was not broken at all, we just needed to reset the breakers in our panel. He walked me through to trouble shoot our problem over the telephone, without charging me a penny.Thanks Gordon. Got Gordon's name from a friend and called him late on Tuesday evening. He came very early on Wednesday morning to assess the situation and then returned later that same day to fix the issue. Gordon spent 10 hours at our house replacing our electric panel. He was prompt,clean and incredibly professional. He met an unexpected challenge or two but still stuck to his (reasonably priced)estimate. Whenever I am in need of an electrician again, I would not hesitate to call him again!!!
